IndiHome123 was born out of the vision of Sagar Muthappa and Uttam Muthappa to make home BUILDING s an uncomplicated and joyful experience – one that is devoid of struggles, hassles and stress. Sagar and Uttam are the pioneers of precast concrete in the region, when they established an enterprise to manufacture and install various precast products ranging from roof slabs to toilet pods.
Uttam Muthappa

With over 30 years of experience in Hospitality Design Development & Construction, Uttam is well placed to head up the IndiHome123 team. Since graduating with a master’s degree from the prestigious School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, Uttam has managed several hundred million dollars of projects for The John Hardy Group and JHM hotels in the US over six years. Prior to that he worked for his family construction firm in India and was Executive Director and General Manager of The Planters Court Hotel in Chickmagalur.
Uttam received his first master’s degree in Political Science in India. He also holds a diploma in Cost Accounting & Corporate Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Sagar Muthappa

Sagar is a Civil Engineer and has over 35 years of experience in Civil Engineering Contracting and Real Estate. He successfully ran and managed the operations of the Civil Engineering Division of the Vasoo Group and was responsible for the exponential growth of the company till 2017. He has to his credit numerous noteworthy projects – residential, industrial, commercial and institutional. He is associated with real estate hospitality ventures in Kodagu and Chikmagalur.
In 2018 in under the umbrella of the Prestige Group, he set up a factory for the manufacture of Acotec wall panels, utilizing state of the art Elematic Machines. Acotec has become the go to product for internal partition walls and boundary walls in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Sagar is an avid sportsman and has three National Rally Championships under his belt. He has the distinction of having driven for India in China in 2003. Sagar is a Past President of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and has served five terms as a Board Member.
